Well, not ELITE, per say, but definitely above average. Shaq Barrett is a DPOY frontrunner (prob not winning it, but in the convo), they have a great young LB in Devin White, who is a turnover machine, and their DL produces a lot of pressure. In the top tier in sacks IIRC. Their defense may not be Super Bowl-caliber, but definitely playoff caliber IMO.

Winston is almost (not quite) having as a bad a year as Eli did in 2013.
But Eli was worse
18 TDs and 27 ints. A negative 9 differential is really hard to ever top.
