Looks like we would get the Seahawks who have narrowly squeaked by teams all year and just got a beat down by ARIZONA. I’ve been saying for weeks that I hope we would get the Hawks because I think we would beat them. Unfortunately I also thought we would have won today.

I will say this...just like after every game we lose, all the naysayers will be the first ones talking Super Bowl and how great this team is if that does happen.

I know that most are not in the mood to even entertain this idea, but it's a real possibility that Dallas could back into the playoffs.
I wouldn't be surprised at all if it happens.

I am not as confident in the Cowboys' odds of reaching the playoffs. For the moment, let's set aside the team having lost to Saints, Packers, Vikings, Patriots, Bills, Bears and Eagles, who were then 2-1, 3-1, 6-3, 9-1, 8-3, 6-6 and 7-7 the week before beating the Cowboys. And how that batch of Cowboys beaters eventually become:

4 Division Leaders
2 Second Place Teams
1 Third Place Team

My question is what makes it a strong possibility the Cowboys put it all together against a now 3-12 Washington team--when the Cowboys could not beat a then 0-4 Jets team? Whose quarterback was out with MONO for the season up until playing the Cowboys?

So much hope is going into the Giants beating the Eagles. It is almost like not as much hope is going into the Cowboys beating Washington, take care of its own business and let fate decide whether their best is good enough for a playoff bid.
