Yes, some of whom were very talented.

Jason was in those war rooms, and I'm sure was part of the draft process. I'm sure he had a say in getting the groceries as a former HOF HC used to say.

As I've said before there will be no Black Monday for Garrett. His contract expires Tuesday so it will be spun that he is exploring other opportunities or that Dallas is going in a different direction and there will be nauseating thanks for all he did while he was here and we'll wishes for his future.

Garrett may be a goner, but I fear there'll be little to cheer about next year. Does anyone here really have any confidence at all in Jerry's ability to set aside his own gargantuan ego, do what's best for the entire organization, and actually make an inspired HC hire?

Sure didn't look like it on the war room cams.

If anything, it looked like the consulting process when it came to picks was that the Front Office would discuss with scouts and position coaches, completely circumventing the HC. Most of the time Garrett just sat there and clapped his hands.

His contract doesn't end until Wednesday so Jerrah will keep him until then. That's his loverboi :rolleyes:

Who would be an inspired HC hire? An old retread? A college football coach? A Ron Rivera type?

Unless we have a contract then Garrett is done. How is my statement wrong? A few days? Sure, Jerry could say you're fired three days early but for what purpose? Jerry is free to start his search...if anything he will say the Cowboys are not renewing the contract and moving on. I doubt you will hear the words fired because it serves no purpose other than to make cry baby fans feel better

What are you going on about? The poster said Garrett can't be fired because he's a free agent. Garrett is not currently a free agent and can still be fired.

There will be no announcement tomorrow about anything. Jerry is going to drag this out.

I have little doubt that while he knows he has to make a change, he is still searching for reasons to be able to bring Garrett back.

I will believe it when I see it. I dont think Jerry can find anyone outside the organization that wants to be the coach. I think he is running out of puppet material
