>How can making the post season is "out of our control" .

Didn't we start the season 0-0 , like everybody else ?

DIdn't we play the eagles for the playoff spot ?

I cant tell you how infuriating it is watching Jason Garrett's press conference

He is smiling, giddy and sooooo happy about the teams performamce...

When asked about how he felt about missing the playoffs again he said it was out of our control...say what

I wonder if Billichek gets giddy if his team misses the playoffs....

Guy is a clown. A zero. Destroyed a generation of football.

The man may actually feel some sense of relief. I want him gone as much as the next guy, but he may also be more than ready to move along from this organization.
He thinks he's coming back, he has the body language of a kid that has messed up but knows daddy will give him another chance

If he goes to New York and beats Dallas next year, this board will need psychotherapy.

And he probably knows he's heading to a gig where he can toil as a middling coach without all the nonsense that comes along with this job.

Jones gave Garrett the biggest leash any coach in history has had... Garrett even had his brother as TE coach and promoted him to passing game coordinator in one year and they pushed their pet project Kevin Ogletree, from VA like John Garrett, into the starting lineup. Garrett failed on his own. If Garrett was like any other coach, Jerry would have fired him years ago.

None of that is news. It changes nothing about this. We get that he had a great setup, but that does not mean he's torn up about leaving.

I bet I’m gonna watch it, and he’s neither “giggly” or “giddy.”
The bitter fans are so bad now that they make up fake news discolored by their own bitterness. We won the game, probably Garrett’s last. Why should he moan and groan and be bitterly defeated like the fans. I’m sure he wanted a better season, but today was only about today, so he’s happy about the win, going out this week the best he could this week. He loves the players and his fellow coaches. He’s proud they gave it their all this week when that’s all they had left to control.

He shared a happy story about the Christmas Eve practice being one of the best ever, but bitter fans who hate him want him to crawl into a hole and cry because the world is ending.

It’s time for him to go, but the bitterness expressed in every thread today is just immature and emotional. I was happy when Switzer, Campo, and Parcells left, but the mean bitterness, as if Garrett stole their children, is just irrational for adults.

I’ve got to ask you a couple of questions:

Are you friends with Garrett? Have you met the man and spent time with him?

You have defended this coach during his entire tenure.

Are you sure your not Jerry Jones?

He’s a good coach. It doesn’t matter to me that other people think he’s not and that he’s been the problem in Dallas. I think the actual issues have mostly been elsewhere.
