I don’t think he’s going to change the structure of how things are done,at least that’s what I’m watching for. That’s the big tuna fish in the room. Getting a new HC is fine,but without changes in how they operate the team? It’s moot and we’ll all be here doing this again.

He’s about change? lol this certainly calls for it, but he seemed way too comfortable for far too long. These next few months will be interesting. I think the Giants losing will be a blessing. Something had to wake him up! At least he’s aware that change needs to be made. It’s a start.

If you decide Dak is not the guy, look up Phillip Rivers. I think he could have a couple of good years with that offense.

Change back into the guy who hired Jimmy Johnson and let him run the show while you cut the checks. Do that for the next HC. Also demote Stephen while you're at it.
