they will have their hand out soon, all of them..its a given , Henry, chubb, SB, and Mcafrey will be having serious contract talks and will want bigger money..it happens..

btw these are useless and pointless threads..he got paid and he didnt not cause the Cowboys to be 8-8 the last 6 games Zeke was himself, Dak and others not so much..

that's when you draft another rb

Christian McCaffrey is who Pollard could be in this offense. Same skill set IMO.

no hes not CM is an athletic freak hes a weight room junky and is fast and motivated..CM has one solid year before we judge him lest see how he is over time, Zekes proved he can handle the entire load for 4 years now and still on top of the heap.. BTW CM only had like 35more then zeke in Zekes "Down year" lmao and dont say all purpose because KM never used zeke or pollard near enough in pass game.. zeke can do it ALL, weve seen that..

Pollard is a Kamara type and thats not a knock on him..IMO hes better as a #2 change of pace...we have an Ingram/Kamara duo and hopefully the new OC can figure out how to use both properly and more in the pass game.. I pray for a OC who sees both in abigger picture..

No RB is worth that kind of money. They wear down too quickly. It's impossible to figure out who is going to be the next Smith or Payton. Zeke is a physical runner. He takes (and doles out) a tremendous beating. It's astounding the Cowboys couldn't see he was not a long term solution the way they lean on him.

Finishing 4th in the league means you’re no longer a long term solution? Poor Carson, Cook and Barkley, they must be screwed.

LOL, he's been in the league 3 years hasn't missed a game and has back to back seasons of 1950 total yards from scrimmage and 2400 total yards from scrimmage (rushing and receiving) but lets see what he can do over time
3 years 2920 rushing yards plus 303 receptions for another 2523 yards...lets wait and see what he can do before we judge him though...lmao...P.S. hasn't missed a game

and once again Pollard is not CM..Period!!!!!!!!!! and this was the first year he carried anywhere close that load..reminding you again zeke had a down year not worth the money but only 30yards short of CM..lmao again not zekes fault they dont use him more in the pass game , all the OCs here fell short in that area..

moving on, Zekes better then pollard, anyone not blind can see that..

I ,as you were, were talking pollard is similar to CM and hes not..

the comp to Zeke is complement given zekes alleged demise this season yet Zeke is only 30yards off CM yardage..

Funny though zeke over 4 seasons has played 56 games and has 5400 yards rushing..

CM has carried it 48 games= 2900 yards, its funny how facts like his first 32 games he only equaled zekes first 16 ie rookie year..

Zeke has nearly Doubled CM load in only 9 more games..thats carrying a RBs load..

BTW CM is agreat receiver and yes 2500 yards is impressive over 48 games but Zeke seldom used in the pass game has nearly 1700 yards in 56 games..

I said lets see where CM goes when hes doing 300carries EVER Year..this is why he got paid , hes a bell cow 3 down back that hasn't missed any game due to injury in almost 1200 carries to CMs 600..thats what this thread was about and yes Zeke earned his deal, he will never live up to it as most stars with giant contracts can..if zekes in decline he was only 30yards behind CM with twice the mileage only proves Zeke will be fine..

facts are proof we shouldnt be having this discussion, if haters blinded by his deal woke up they'd see Zekes still very much a game planned threat in the nfl.. Zeke is better then Pollard and still as good as CM but we are lucky to have pollard over time can take more and more from zeke for a dual threat, extend Zekes career which makes his contract that much easier to live with..

Pollard is not a lead back. But he is an excellent change of pace guy. Coaches should change how much Pollard is used based on matchups and who is being more productive. In the games Zeke struggled they rarely gave pollard a chance to do anything.
This sort of thing is exactly why I have hope I'm any new coach, even a Jone's puppet. Most HS couches could figure it out.

Apparently Hambrick was better than Emmitt, because he averaged over 5 YPC running behind that bum...

Rams game was the most impressive win of the season and Zeke carried the team when they actually fed him the ball.. It was our only win against a winning team I think this year..

Zeke is averaging 124 total yards per game after 4 years, CM is averaging 115 total yards per game after 3 years, both are studs..period you don't have to see anymore of CM after 3 years the same way you didn't have to see anymore from Zeke. It is quite possible that if they both switched teams that with our O-Line those numbers are reversed

Zeke touched the ball 1003 times his 1st 3 season as a rusher and passer
CM touched the ball 926 times his 1st 3 seasons as a rusher and passer, 25 more times if you include his punt returns as a rookie
