Would you be for or against the Cowboys looking into hiring Saban to be the team's next head coach?

Against he failed the last time plus I thought I heard him say 2 years ago he has no interest in the nfl as he is content where he is

Just can't see him leaving Bama now.

I don't think he would be a bad option. What happened in Miami happened and was over a decade ago.

no, no, no....i feel that alabama cheats to win so much (you know, doesn't follow the same rules like, you know, making his kids go to class? ever hear them speak? no, because they can't)

seriously, he was a failure as an NFL coach and why would he want to ruin his legacy from the college football world

Saban wanted Drew Brees, but the medical people there advised him it was too risky with his shoulder. I wonder how the last 15 years would look like now for the Dolphins & Crimson Tide if they did pull the trigger on Brees.

Yup. So instead they went with the guy with the busted leg. Classic early 2000's Dolphins and their blunders.

Brees wanted to go to Miami and Saban wanted him.

IIRC Brees had no huge interest in New Orleans, along with Payton(who wanted the Packers job).

Funny how it all sort of worked out for both guys.

Will he be allowed to have the elite players like he gets at Alabama?

The same things were said about Pete Carroll, he came back and went to two straight superbowls and won one of them.
Well that’s true he also didn’t report to Jerry Jones but you’re point is not without truth

For it. Jerry would have to woo him and Saban's a smart guy. He can learn from his first NFL head coach experience.

Plus Garrett could be on his staff to eventually take over the head coaching position again.
Yeah, but who's he going to recruit? No talking to mom and pop around the kitchen table to stock his larder in the NFL. Just my opinion.
