I don’t care who the head coach is as long as the defensive coordinator and special teams coaches are brand new. Moore? I have mixed feelings. My negatives with him are he isn’t as committed to the run and his playcalling in critical situations and in the red zone is really bad.

What on earth could they be discussing that couldn't get resolved in 2 meetings? They could have worked out an extension, decided they are moving on or even offered him the GM job. All of that could have been worked out in principle and let the staff and fans know the direction of the team. Details can always be worked out later.
