Garrett would suck as a GM role. Worst than Jerry. It will be like the blind leading the blind, dumb and dumber situation.

Garrett doesn't know football and he probably can't determine a good player from a mediocre player. Just get rid of him entirely and hire people that know football. Garrett doesn't have a clue about football.

Yeah, you right.. he doesn’t know football.

Garrett has only grew up around football his whole life, played NFL football, and has two SB rings.

Like Garrett, his other two brothers also played football in other leagues and all three graduated from Princeton.

His dad is well known in all football circles, not only as a coach most of his life, but a scout for 17 years

“Garrett spent 17 years of his professional life as a scout for the Cowboys, including the Super Bowl seasons of 1992, 1993 and 1995. He wrote the original scouting report on Hall of Fame quarterback Troy Aikman, the organization’s first-round pick (and first overall) in the 1989 draft.”

I’m pretty positive, he knows more about football than all the couch coaches that post on this site. Cool story.

But he doesn't know more then NFL coaches. Unfortunately for him, he doesn't get to go up against couch coaches. We might get past the divisional round if he did.....maybe.

Can we finally stop crying about how this season was lost on coaching? Yes I know the coaches play a big part in an organizations success but it almost seems as we are not holding any of the players accountable. It will be interesting to see what kind of excuses can be made if we get a new head coach and still do not deliver next year.

Garett was useless . In a hyper competitive league having a coach that actually hurts you affects the entire organization negatively .

In Garrett's 10 years as HC has he had the same players? The answer is no, only a couple players are still on the team when he started. Everything has changed, including a completely different roster and assistants/ positional coaches and coordinators. Garrett is the only thing that hasn't changed......if we aren't including Jerry and sons.

I expect that we will make a decent Super Bowl run next year with a different head coach, proving that it was the coaching the past 10 years.
