Garrett's next HC job should be at a university

At a University. The guys message and culture belongs in a college setting. His messages are powerful for a stent of 3-4 years. He can build a solid program with the right players.

I think he would be great at recruiting and possibly become the next Pete Carroll.

At a highschool . His powerful and genius messages are great for high schoolers . They can buy into his message , he can talk about how 'life should be enjoyed' during halftime & make absolutely no halftime adjustments.

Also, at a highschool level there is little to no game planning; again a perfect fit for garrett .

He can do interviews to the local paper, and the school magazine. "How we doing guys...."

Garrett would get beat up by the parents of a Pop Warner team.
Garrett should stick to Madden. Last I checked there was an option for being a head coach.
He could run a digital offense into the ground and no one would care.

I wouldn't want to subject high school players to Garrett's incompetence.
They have enough bad examples as it is.

actually I don't he is a college coach. he doesn't tower over the players and control them like some of these big college personalities and he is not a good recruiter or he doesn't seem like it. college game is not about scheme. its about recruiting. the ones that get the most top talent signed on signing day, usually end up in championship games.
