That's basically true and he just missed out on the one before that or getting to the Super Bowl previous year got us to the NFC Championship Game

actually, I think Troy would be an outstanding HC or GM../ talent evaluator. Nothing was handed to him at any level. He had to earn the QB job in college and the NFL. He took his hard knocks and then some..then when it all lined up..he clicked and won huge. I would love him to be a GM or coach.

I think I am in the minority, but I think Aikman would make a better head coach then Romo. He just has that alpha personality that you need. I dont think he would care one bit if the players liked him, but they would respect and fear him.
I do think Romo would make a nice OC though.

I’d take Tomlin in a heartbeat. It’s amazing with all the injuries and losing Bell and AB that they were still playing for the playoffs in their last game. Tomlin would have won 11 or 12 games here this year.

Dungy dislikes Jerry and the Cowboys. He might be a bigger Cowboys hater than Marshall Faulk and almost as big of a Cowboys hater as the guy that runs the Walter Football website...

If you think the Garrett press conferences were dull and boring...it would be worse with Dungy.

Dungy is the 2nd most dull and boring media guy ever with Phil Simms as by far #1 in that category.
