I wonder if Jerry will try to create a FO job for Garrett below GM kind of like what Coughlin had in Jacksonville

a new HC should be allowed to build their own staff. I doubt Jerry ever gives a HC that much freedom

if Garrett is getting a FO job, they’re probably work on which coaches/staff & players to keep. Making those decisions with little/no input from a new HC

In your signature you have:
"What can a good coach do?
2015: 7-9
2016: 4-12
Sean McVay hired

2017: 11-5
2018: Going to the SUPERBOWL"

True but just think, They didn't even make the playoffs this year. lol :Do_O
Yes they didn't make the playoffs but look at their division. Seattle and 49ers were fighting for the 1 seed all the way until week 17 when they played each other

Garrett has had two meetings with the team and about to have a third. Sounds like a job interview to me. I hope I am wrong but I think he will sign an extension today and bring in a brand new coaching staff. Jerrah loves him some Garrett.
Garrett's Jerry's 2nd son. Their meetings are over dinner and drinks at family get togethers. No such thing as formal interview/meetings with those two.
