I wouldn't mind seeing Marvin as HC to tell the truth. He got a bad rap there at the end in Cincy, but for those who remember he made the Bengals into a respectable contender there wnen the AFC North was tough. And he did it with a cast of mediocre players and clowns.

Wow... Sheffy just said Marvin Lewis had a two day interview. They really picked his brain. A YouTuber said that is why Jerry will not fire Garrett because he does not want the Giants to pick his brain.

I am just speculating. Who knows what he was doing last year. I just figured since he was a defensive coordinator he would be watching film on the NFL MVP who he played against during his last season as head coach.

If that were actually the case then I would agree with you. There is no reason to believe that and attributing that type of prejudice to the Joneses lacks merit. They are a lot of things but not bigots.

He came up doing both with the Ravens but was exclusively 334 at Pitt. He did both in Cinci.

Does he like big/nasty DL that can cause havoc and keep the offensive lineman off of our speedy LB’s and will campaign for that in the early rounds of draft day, or does he want undersized athletic projects that get pushed around and let the opposing team’s OL control the trenches?
If it’s the former, I’m okay with him.
If it’s the latter, good luck elsewhere.
