You can add a OC and DC to develope the scheme but the HC has to have the ability to get players to play at their best every week

This article makes McCarthy seem like a slightly better version of Garrett. Rodgers was able to overcome his bad coaching. Nobody, not even Romo, could overcome Garrett.

It’s well known Rodgers is a piece of trash. I read the article from BLEACHER REPORT that you linked. McCarthy would be a huge upgrade and excellent hire here. Stay soft my friend. Can’t handle somebody calling out this nonsense.

I could only read for the first few paragraphs.

Too much vitiol for me.

I saw nothing in the article that was 1st person quotes..

just 2nd and 3 hand stuff.

I have always liked watching Rodgers play..

but when he talks..he is a turnoff.

He is condescending and if you watch his State Farm commercials..

are exactly like who he is.

Superior to you and he has all the answers before the question is asked.

Like when he told the media "to relax, we got this".

I think others have said he had an inept offensive scheme as well..

It’s not just the QB who was playing for him that thought he was terrible.

It really doesn’t worry you AT ALL that someone close to Rodgers says that Rodgers believes McCarthy had the lowest football IQ of any coach he’s been around?

McCarthy’s a joke. 11-16-1 in his last 2 years. Look at what Aaron Jones is doing this year compared to 2017-18.

Of course there was massage gate too that McCarthy denies.

“About once a week, a meeting would start up and McCarthy was MIA. Players weren’t quite sure where he was while, for example, an assistant coach would run the team’s final prep on the Saturday before a game. You can find this in any organization. Aka Dez Bryant aka Terrell Owens aka OBJ aka Antonio Brown on and on and on....so what him and Aaron had a fued he yells at a Coach "nice call" I personally do not like players calling out their Coach...I remember Zimmer with Dallas everyone wanted him gone he was holding them back. Now Zimmer hot name.
