Don't know. I'll believe it when I see it. If you're going to run an organization like the Cowboys, where players think they are celebrities then you better have a tough as nails head coach to keep them

Word is the special teams coach is staying for another nine years. He's also learning on the job.

Dez should stop blaming Garrett. 30 other teams passed on him also. Even crazy AB got a few chances.

That's the best part. We've lost games simply because we couldn't out scheme anybody.

People don't realize how long 10 years really is in football terms. We haven't had a realistic coach and coordinator that could out scheme somebody in almost 20 years.

We have a chance to change the entire culture of our organization just by selecting anybody with football sense at this point. The puppet stuff is not really the major issue at this time. A coach that knows what to do during the game is going to do wonders for everybody on the roster.

It is a good day.

Bet, theres a stud coach coming. Exercise caution if you need. Im all in on a stud HC. Time will tell brother. For tonight I will celebrate the end of a bad era of Cowboys football.

He is going back to the scouting Department that's where he came from

Yeah but if we let him go back we'll lose all the time we invested in him being a special teams coach. He needs another nine years, maybe more.

Don't worry about the penalties on every single special teams play. He's the next Joe Avezzano.

from everything I've heard the players love him. The only ones bad-mouthing him are TO and Dez.

One guy had a problem at every single stop, the other one had a double-digit IQ and had to get picked up for work everyday.
