with the hiring of Nolan i think we can finally bring in a proper 1 tech and a stud 3 T,i bet our LBs will be pleased a lot.
This draft has some decent DT but none that would make a difference.

The best one is Derrick Brown, he is a flashy player. But he just seems like a bull rushing DT and thats it. You do that in the nfl and ur on the bench.

I like Madubuike from Texas A&M (homerism aside) as well as Ross Blacklock from TCU in Rd 3-4.

The only way to stop Derrick Brown is to hold him. LSU held him all game (sometimes with 2 OL) once they knew the refs weren’t going to call it.

Hoping that enough underclassmen come out that somehow DB drops to us. He is a difference maker.

Our best D’s over the years have had great DT play. Even Rod’s best teams had at least 1 stud DT. You would have thought that someone would have remembered that when constructing this team.

I hope he drops to us too but I highly doubt it.

Collins is a stud 3. They only need to address 1T if they're going to 2-gap a lot more.

What about raekwon Davis? And rashard lawerence?

Love the way this guy thinks because I like both players in the 2nd round, especially if we go Safety/Corner inthe first round.

* Raekwon Davis drew a lot of attention his last two years at Alabama after Daron Payne and John Allen graduated and ended up in Washington. Faced a lot of double teams and OC made sure he was accounted for on the field. Film isn't as impressive but just watching him during the season, he'll be a handful if lined up one on one inthe trenches which I think Tank would allow that.

Rashard Lawerence don't really know a lot about him and just started following him this year but in the big games I've seen him in this year, kid can play and would be a force at DT. Will watch him closely in the Championship game against Clemson.
