Article seems to point much more towards Rodgers becoming the Frankenstein and the true dick. Holding it against his coach for drafting another QB over him with SanFran. What a baby.

well Rodgers, freaking grow up....McCarthy didn't make the pick all by himself. there is the scouting dept., scouts, GM, etc. so Rodgers is at fault here as much...… he is an a-hole and always has been one. you can't tell me all these years, it was Rodgers who saved the day...… he probably was a pain in the arse…..

what I get from this article....Arron Rodgers is an entitled little b!÷ch. I personally don't like A.R. Never have. You can see by his body language that he thinks his sh!t don't stank. So I don't put any stock into this "article". What I do put stock in, MM has won alot of football games, was consistently in the playoffs, and his teams were always better coached than JG's.

The entire article is mostly an indictment on Rogers.

Yes I agree with the massage part and that he could have done more to change up the offense.

But Rogers is really the only one that is saying McCarthy "lacks football knowledge" which is nothing more than a personal attack.

You forget the part that Rogers has audibled out of plays McCarthy wanted run and then Rogers messing it up.

McCarthy also wanted to run Jones more also. But it was Rogers who audibled out of it quite a bit.

Lastly, you forget to point out Rogers is such as prick that he even has a personal vendetta until this day for him not being selected as the number 1 QB.

Clearly he didn't keep up with the times and from 2015-2018 the Packer offense fell way behind the times and that's on McCarthy

He showed poor judgment holding on to Dom Capers for way too long who consistently delivered bottom half of the league, if not downright awful, defenses

He got too comfortable in the role. That can happen in Green Bay where there is no owner breathing down your neck

Positives

MThe Packers were 4-12 in 2005 and Favre threw 29 interceptions and was considered DONE the year before McCarthy showed up. Within 2 years he had Favre played excellent ball again and had the Packers in the NFC Championship game. He was able to do something most didn't think possible, resurrecting Favre's career.

Rodgers did not come out of Cal ready to play in the NFL. He was Tepford disciple and was even compared to Kyle Boller! McCarthy played a very significant role in developing Aaron Rodgers and he should be credited with that.

Ted Thompson did not believe in free agency, at least not after 2006/2007 or so and overtime the Packer's talent declined significantly. McCarthy couldn't control that

My Summary

I like but don't love McCarthy as a Cowboys HC candidate. Of the existing available former coaches he is at the top of the list, however, at the end of the day I'm not confident he will be a huge upgrade over JG, especially if he isn't alllowed to pick his own assistant coaches,.

Farve and Rodgers cannon arms made chicken salad out of a lot of McCarthy's chicken ****.
