By NFL rules- for a CB to not look back a penalty is almost a 100% bet on being called regardless of swiping at the ball, lol. Why would a DB coach disregard the rules of the game and deliberately teach the opposite?

Because that's what we teach in dallas. Don't make plays play it safe. No swag on this team. Richard sucks for keeping Lewis on the bench he can leave with Bumanelli
