Sturm understands the real schism in GB was not between Rodgers & Mac but between Rodgers/Mac and the team's pathetic GM.

Rodgers had some unkind things to say and Rodgers action on the field was wrong. If a HC is going to take the responsibility for wins and loses then run the damn play I call and according to Rodgers he did not like the play calling and would change it. If that is the case then those loses are on Rodgers. He is the QB not the HC

My absolute favorite Tom and Jerry is the one where Tom is serenading a female cat with:
IS YOU IS, OR IS YOU AIN'T MY BABY
With the heavy bass, as he was slappin' the strings.
The way Jerry is portrayed is like the "Get off my lawn!" kind of thing like people trying to sleep while a dude rolls up to his girl's parent's house with the bass bumping.

Also: Gorgeous and my favorite version of the song.

Mike McCarthy just spent a season "studying up" after being the head coach of the Packers for 13 seasons.

He didn't "study up" because he had nothing better to do while being paid $6-8M by GB in 2019.

He was informed by the rest of the NFL at the end of last season (there were 8 openings) he needed to engage in some some self-reflection in order to be considered for another head coaching opportunity.

As he now at least tacitly concedes, Mac studied up because he needed to get better. Good for him. Whether it worked remains to be seen.

That Rodgers, and practically everyone else associated with the Packers, said some "unkind" things about Mac at the end of his tenure is more due to how Mac was performing (or not performing) his job than anything else.

I'm not saying McCarthy should not have looked at himself, but don't give me that BS of Rodgers claiming he did not like the play calls so he changed them, then it is on him those loses are on Rodgers when you take it on yourself to bypass the HC and do your own thing you don't get to sit back and point your finger. Rodgers can't say it is not my fault it damn well was.

My favorite part of the press conference was when Jerry talked about some sign he read that said how far you can go if you don't care who gets the credit.

It was like the devil quoting the scriptures.

I had to fast forward through Jerry's talk. Every word he said starting with P or B nearly exploded the microphone.
