One question I kept waiting for them to ask but don't think I heard was if Jones approved the full fourteen man analytics team.
If he hasn’t, then he’s totally incompetent.

How could any organization not be using analytics?

Analog over Digital baby!

We should do it.
Imagine how much fun you'd have watching the same play for 5 to 10 minutes recording offensive and defensive formation, set, motion, no motion, TE strong or weak, run, pass, blitz/no blitz, three step drop, 5 step, 7 step, shotgun, how long did the QB take to release the ball, caught by by X, Y, Z, U, R, pattern ran by each receiver, running back blocking or no; yards gained, picked/picked 6, dropped, incomplete, penalty, who, what, where, how many yards, declined, accepted, challenge/no challenge...

Naturally someone else would get the job of how long did it take for play to get to QB? How long was the team in the huddle? At the line did QB look left then right or right then left? What was the snap count? Once at line how long til play called?

Don't get me started with this analytics stuff! We'll be tracking which lineman won their blocks? If defense made penetration which hole? Was swim move used?

The first three hires right out of college.

I'm inclined to say it's already approved which is one of the reasons he got the gig in the first place.

Number two with double meat, double cheese, bacon, extra onions with mayo on toasted buns. Fries with a cup of gravy and an order of onion rings with a diet Coke. Whatasize it and throw in two picantes for for the burger and two spicy ketchup for the onion rings!
Gravy for the fries?

Hell yeah, with a little ketchup. Try it. I used to do that when I ordered chicken fries steak and fries years ago.
I put gravy on my fries all the time. Never added ketchup but I do add some drops of Tabasco. Goooood stuff.

So how big is the *current* analytics staff?

They've said for years that we have them.

Why do you need 14?
Is that a number someone mentioned or what
How do other teams do it?
How much is it really used when you have such a short time between plays?
