I feel like Sanjay did a good job this year. With that being said, I’m really liking how McCarthy is handling business. Inputting his own staff exactly how he wants it, what more could you ask for?

Is this what it felt like with Jimmy Johnson in charge? :D

As a young can, I'd like to know this as well. This is fun!!

I'm thinking that Sanjay and Amari weren't seeing eye to eye too well, since JG noted he was the one who sat Cooper at game's end vs. Philly. Whether that was actually a part of the reason for his dismissal, or not, he's a goner. Anyhow, it'll be interesting to see who takes Lal's place.

4th down play to extend your season and the WRs coach has the team's best WR, arguably top 5 in the league, riding pine.

That is a fireable offense.............no other way to spin it.

lessee 2 receivers with 1000 yard seasons, No. 1 offense in yards and Dak has highest yard total personally. But yeah the wr coach is the bad guy.

Reports are that it was his call to bench Coop in Philly...………..I'm sorry, but you cant do something that f-ing stupid and keep your job, just cant.

Its about dam time for some accountability around here. You F up and cost the team the game, or cost the team their season, then you gotta go.

No more of this, "that's my bad", and carrying on like nothing happened.

That really should not have been position coach's call. HC threw him under bus for sure.

It's great that McCarthy is getting free reign on his assistants. That's the way it should be...He probably thought Moore excelled in a pool of coaching poo and that's why he kept him.
That's what I think. I think Moore might just be really good, but it's hard to tell with all the unknowns like Garrett, Jones, witten, Zeke,. And such this season. He's definitely worth trying to have as offensive coordinator, that's for dang sure, but also, as equally not for being the QB. Lol. Rofl. I would have benched Amari long before whoever benched this guy, and made it plain to see to everyone in the stadium and watching the game. Effort needs to be 100 percent from every player all the time, regardless of talent. Effort can be equally given by every player on the team. You can control effort. You might not be able to fix weak arms, slow feet, stiff bodies , or DUMB! BUT EFFORT can be fixed individually by all! Could you ever see Micheal loafing on the field?, it was hard to know who to blame for anything on this team! Most teams, you know who to blame, not this teams problems the last few years.

Amari deserved to be benched. I guarantee you , belicheck would have him benched games ago, and deactivated for games. That's the price you have to pay sometimes to get players respect! That's why bill can coach almost any troubled player, BILL IS THE BOSS!!!!

Let the HC have the staff he wants.. and let them be loyal to the HC.. and let us all be working on the same plan at the same time. That would be a novel and new approach in Dallas.. but you know.. might be helpful to winning.

I think Garrett gave subordinates too much control and power and it backfired big time. too many cooks spoil the broth..

How about establishing a winning culture, before the most critical game of the season? The coaching staff, as a whole, was straight trash.
