Every coach preaches process
Exactly.

Most coaches have some other tricks up their sleeve beyond cute catch phrases...lol

JG was a hollywood movie set as an NFL coach.

That’s what I was thinking. His last year they miss the playoffs with a top 3 qb in the league and this guys first year is a first round bye. ???
Well it’s not like they fixed the defense or anything...

So far.............his "Process" has been addition by subtraction.

Adding quality coaches and subtracting ****** ones.

I like this new "Process". More please.

Nah but McCarthy left Green Bay in the dumps.

Bill left the Cowboys on a firm foundation .

It was well known in Green Bay that Ted Thompson was cheap when it came to acquiring talent. McCarthy was basically told to win with Rodgers and nothing else, and that's not a winning formula. It's no coincidence that as soon as Thompson was removed from GM Green Bay started signing free agents everywhere.

My only concern with McCarthy was he had Aaron Jones and did not use him more, but we also have to also realize Jones was a 5th round pick and didn't get much time on the field until both Ty Montgomery and Williams were hurt at the same time.

I will give McCarthy a wait and see giving the conditions that surrounded him in GB.

As long as it's not Jason Garrett's process, I have no issue with "the process".

I mean.. We're almost specifically draft only. We've done a little better lately but for the most part we look to the draft.

He's got a lot of talent to work with though so he will have good players to work with.
