There was a discussion on 105.3 last night that suggested Jerry is fake crying. He cried when Scandrick left, I think they said.

What do they know? Beats me. But Jones has enough money to hire someone to teach him how to cry on cue.

the man is desperate for a superbowl. he would probably spend any amount for coaches, players, analytics etc so long as it is allowable.

I think he's just emotional about his team and his "family". He runs the entire think like its all family. I can see getting emotional over that.

He should have, after 25 years and with the tuna leaving and trying to do it his way, he should feel bad for the fans.

Just for the record he did that when he introduced Wade Phillips.

I'm starting to feel bad for Jerry. He's so emotionally attached to the team and it has nothing to do with money. He just wants to win by any means necessary at this point and it seems he is starting to accept that he needs more help than he originally thought.

The tears are the result of his stupidity for thinking he could groom someone to be an excellent HC.

It's standard knowledge that if you want to do well, you hire good talent to lead and operate your business. Garrett was extremely privileged to get the OC and HC Job for this prestigious franchise.

He needed to see that 6 years ago instead of putzing around with the loser redhead.
