Check out this video at the 10:20 mark. Aikman praises McCarthy having full pad practice as the way to win and contend for Super Bowls.

Green Bay won that Super Bowl out lasting a physical Steeler's team. Troy Aikman is fixated on doing it the right way to get the right results (Jimmy Johnson influence). So it is interesting to see him get excited about the right way McCarthy got Green Bay to the Super Bowl.

Yes there are limits and im sure this cupcake team was under the limit. More padded practices and no vet days off. Make this soft team mentally and physically ready to go

The CBA does limit padded practices but from what I've heard Garrett didn't even reach the maximum that's why I've always said about the culture in Dallas was part of the problem, I think that is about to change

Not according to the new Giant's head coach. That's all he stressed. We will have padded [ractices and we will learn how to hit physically and the right way.
