How did he do this season and how is his overall health? Is he expected to play a full career ?

Mark Schlereth had it and played 7 seasons after the diagnosis.

The reports were that they diagnosed Frederick in the very early stage which is a critical issue.

Frederick was not that good this season; however, some of it seemed to be mental. Coaching might be the reason.

Martin played with an injury issue most of the season which might have affected Frederick.

Frederick said he got back to his max numbers in the weight room before the season started.

Martin's back issue is starting to become a concern...

I also thought we might have lost Smith by now when his started a few years ago. Backs don't seem to be the same career killer they were not long ago, but definitely kills the performance. I'm watching the Rams run over us silly last year, the Titans do their thing these Playoffs and with so many consecutive years of an oline and back in the Pro Bowl, it's just a damn shame we can't say the same thing about any of our Playoff games, even before the injuries started wearing at them. When it comes to bad luck quickly changing the team dynamic, this is the unit I would caution Big Mike about the most. Love them guys, but back issues and one extremely rare disease, you're playing with fire. Linebackers aren't far off though either. You have a career threatening neck injury and a guy who came back from an injury that destroys most careers.

Doctors suggested surgery for Tyron and he declined. He would likely get better if he had the surgery.

I think he was ok this year but not close to his old self. A full off season will do wonders for him
