lol imagine saying the #1 offense in the NFL has no where near the talent as the Chiefs just because they popped the Texans in the second half. The Cowboys offense would light up the Chiefs defense.

We also have $82 million in cap space, expect big changes especially on the defensive side of the ball. A few pieces here and there, and a coach of McCarthy's caliber & this team can beat anyone.
Another poster using this fugazy 1 offense bs smh.

Does it even matter who is coach rofl. This team has no where near the talent that team does. And comparing Dak to Mahomes is a flipping joke. Its sad to see the gap in talent between both teams
Well poot! Call the boys and tell them to stay on extended vacay until we can compete again.

They have 94 mil and they have to sign like 29 people. Dak and cooper alone will take 30-40 mil themselves.
Thats typical churn. Most are bottom roster guys that will be replaced by FA's, draft picks and UDFA's. We will resign a couple notable guys, let a fee notable guys walk, and the rest is bottom roster. Its a pretty typical offseason really

I already said that. This team is nowhere near as talented as everyone claims.
Chiefs are talented.
Titans are average, but well coached and physical.
49ers are great on defense, okay on offense, but have a hella of a coach and coordinators.
Dallas has none of the above. Not physical, not well coached (before McCarthy as of now), not talented (in NFL terms). Our team is slow. Every looks like they run with cement in their shoes. Look at the Chiefs. They are FAST! Vikings were fast. 49ers are fast.
We lack a playmaking DE. Play making LB. Play making CB (besides Lewis from time to time). Play making Safety. We lack a playmaking QB. We have a light switch RB. WR’s that are sometimes slow footed, occasionally drop passes, but good for the most part. Our TE’s are average AT BEST. What does Dallas have that makes your eyes pop besides maybe Zeke? Nothing.

I'm sure theyll make it work but they're not going to be signing anybody big besides their own fas. That's a ton of spots to fill.

We never do. But you may see more Cobb level signings then before. Or short term contracts. We will probably replace some of the contributors we let go with similar tier players. With a new coaching staff it may actually be better this way because it lets you remold your roster(short term that is) fit new schemes.

A similar offseason to what we had in 2014, expect after our major signings we will have more ability to make short term signings (Cobb type signings)

Is Dallas significantly inferior to Tennessee?
We don't have the OL they have, Henry is a bit better that Zeke, and yes, our defense is significantly inferior. in the likely scenario they Quinn leaves, we have exactly zero impact players on the defense.

How many threads are you gonna start about the same thing?

Maybe maybe not so I'm just going to go with what has actually happened. If y'all want to speak on the future that's cool too.
How can you go with what actually happened this season when almost the entire coaching staff is different?

Their offense is excellent, but a few drops and a couple penalties can really slow down a good offense. Their defense is just average.

I would rather have a great defense, than a great offense.

This is emotional logic. Using this logic Trent Dilfer is better than Dan Marino. Stop it Dak isn't good as Mahommes period

Dak isn’t better than Mahomes. But that doesn’t mean much. What’s Mahoney won . You puttin this kid in the HOF is crazy until he does something

People argue whether it's the coach or the QB in Kansas City - it's both.

Andy Reid is the best offensive coach in the league, and his play designs are just mind-blowing. Patrick Mahomes can nail a 20 yard bullet on a no-looker. Put a QB that talented in an offense that well-schemed and there's going to be fireworks.
