As much as I’d like to see the next great Cowboy tight end join the team I’m more in favor of spending our first three picks on the defensive side. We have weapons on offense in other spots.

Whether Jarwin can play is irrelevant. Witten needs to go regardless. His running in quicksand routine has gotten old. And the fallacy that he is a good blocker is pure folly.

Which just goes to prove how bad our TE's were this past year. All of them. Witten is gone. Not sure how many times it has to be said.

We need to get out of this blocking TE mentality. The TE’s that win ballgames for their team don’t do it blocking, they do it by making plays and catching passes.
