WOW, how can you not tear up watching Jimmy get the news with Troy watching! Sad that it's the best Cowboys moment since the last Super Bowl win so long ago.....

CONGRATS Jimmy, you were a worthy successor to Landry and one helluva coach!

It would be hilarious if Jimmy didn’t mention Jerry one time in his speech. That would eat at him for the rest of his time :lmao:

induct him into the ring of honor, letters in gold. then tell the fans and the world how proud of him you are to his face and in person.

jimmy could choose jerry to present him at the hof ceremonies. how could jerry refuse. and how could he be anything but effusive in his praise.

Actually jerry got rid of Jimmy due to hurt feelings.
He thought him and Jimmy were friends, he liked Jimmy, but Jimmy didnt want to be friends, and then insulted him in public, and that was it.
jerry did want to be more involved and get credit for more too, but it was the insult that did it.
I also think Jimmy wanted to be fired, or didnt care if he was or not at that point.

I’ll never understand how Jimmy is as responsible. It wasn’t on him that his owner wanted too much credit.

Jerry should have been huggin hiney all the way to the bank. Frikin ridiculous.
What other owner in the league would break up a dynasty because he wasn't getting enough credit? Jimmy wouldn't have said anything if he wasn't getting pushback from Jerry. Does anyone see Kraft trying to push out Belichek because he's not getting enough credit?
