I never got into Minecraft very much but I do know what it takes to make something like this, and dayum, that is impressive. My buddy was showing my a couple videos of people making entire cities. It's insane. He tried getting me to bite but I just don't have that kind of time or dedication to build things like that. I can only imagine the hours some people sink in that game.
I have never played it either, but the depth of work they showed in that video was amazing.

I'm stoked for this game!!! If they need some extra time to perfect it, have it!! Just deliver me an excellent product.
That's just it. I don't think they ever needed more time. They simply wanted to make it seem like it was close to release so people would be more likely to pre-order it.

The way they made it seem when they announced it originally (without a due date of course) was that it would release last year in 2019.

If they had said, "Hey, we're still probably 2 years away from launch, but if you want to pre-order now" very few people would have likely bought it before this year.

So, instead, they create impressive videos from what they have so they could start collecting money for a game they would not likely launch for a long time.

Cyberpunk is afraid of the Final Fantasy 7 remake for sure which would have stomped it in sales. Guaranteed that's why they moved the date but I'm all for improving the game. I don't think they have an initial release for the next gen consoles this year though.

If they were afraid of another game's release they wouldn't have pushed it back 5 months.

They pushed it back because they always knew they needed more time but they have been pushing pre-orders for a year now and saying it was likely 1.5 to 2 years instead until release would have impacted that.

As for the next generation consoles, both the Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5 are scheduled to launch during the holidays in late 2020.

It's just my opinion about the release regarding FF7. And of course I know the new consoles release this year. CYBERPUNK 2077 will not be initially released on either. Should have been more clear.

I do agree with you that when FF7 got pushed to the same release date initially as CP2077, I knew that was likely going to push them to delay it even if they had not planned to all along.

In fact, I read a lot of comments online today with people stating they were glad one of them got delayed so they didn't have to worry about buying and playing both at the same time.

Yeah I get what you're saying. Probably one reason I never pre-order. Admittedly I did pre-order COD this year but that was very out of character for me.

IMO, Cyberpunk is going to be the top selling game this year. GOTY.

I saw it right after he posted it, but I didn't spoil it because the image filename has the name of the game in it so it was easy for anyone to find :D

Never played any of the Dungeon Siege games, may put 1 or 2 on my wishlist, Steam is going to have a lunar new year sale starting on the 23rd-27th.

Correct - I thought you would see the reality of the situation your right clicking/view source skills are approved. I know there might not be many PC gamers here but that game was a thing of beauty in it's time that was more appreciated over time especially the older direct x mode.
