I am just glad he is there and not in dallas he had nine years and could never win in the playoffs fact is he was never even close to making a playoff run

Unless their defense is stellar, they're capped at the divisional round of the playoffs...at best. More likely, they'll do great against teams that sucks and struggle and lose to teams that are good.

McCarthy finished a season with the #8 ranked offense.

That year Aaron Rodgers played 9 games.

The other 7 games were started by Matt Flynn, Scott Tolzien, and Seneca Wallace

The Giants have always preferred having a good defense, so maybe Garrett will have more luck there. It really all depends on their defense though.
