I sincerely hope most of you are better at your jobs than you are at evaluating NFL players. Zeke is elite. Period. No matter how you look at it, he's in elite company. Yeah, Henry is the flavor of the month, but he's done it for half a season. I know it's a "what have you done for me lately" league but damn...

Ok, I don’t see where that disproves anything I have said. Most of the posters in the thread were in support of Zeke. Others commenting about the draft position and contract which I have pointed out already. One poster that I saw (the OP) referred to Pollard being better than Zeke straight up, which would be an outlier not a common suggestion shared among a lot of different posters.

Hey we can choose to see whatever we believe fits our argument. We just agree to disagree here, but I’ll continue to enjoy watching comments in this thread like Elliott being a FB.

Zeke is a very good RB, but he is inconsistent and nowhere near worth the contract he signed. Neither he or his contract helped this team last year. The playoff teams all proved that you don't need 100 mil dollar RB's or WR's to be successful. Coaching is the difference maker in this league. Just look at what Parcells did here with 1/2 the talent...

Just watch how DH runs. He runs like Eric Dickerson if you are old enough to remember him. DH runs straight up and down. If he ran leaning forward like Zeke, he would be a much more punishing runner. Zeke is a much more punishing runner than DH and D Leonard is right.

"Elite" players are irreplaceable. Zeke is not that. I nicknamed him two-yard Zeke this year because most of his carries up the middle got two yards. Problem is, Pollard was our best option for running wide last year because Zeke didn't have the speed to do it. You can replace power rushers with decent speed pretty easy in the draft and for ALOT less than what Zeke costs. We're stuck with Zeke for now, so I will support him. But this was not a good decision on Jerry's part...

Zeke is the best RB I have seen for us in a couple of decades.

He has almost single handedly reintroduced running back to the NFL.

Until this season nobody compared to him.
as a RB.

Henry has been in the NFL about as long as Zeke but only broke thru.

So this year we throw the ball with Dak and the offense and Zeke has to try to do things with less carries and without being our main weapon?

And when the team struggles with Zeke for the first time in his career..

now he's a problem?
