Am I doing it right?

I figure I give it a go after that ridiculous Derrick Henry thread

If anyone is watching this championship game it states how important scheme is. The 9ers are well coached.

Think about that when you want to get rid of great players like Elliott or cooper

You missed the entire lesson of mostert and the niners. Lol

Zeke took himself out of the games? That's why we hate him now? If we had a better offensive minded coach at the time, we wouldn't be relying on one man. Last I checked, 9ers have Brieda, Coleman, and Mostert. Like i said in my original OP, coaching and scheme matter.

The reasons some of you hate Zeke is just stupid and borderline ignorant.

That’s a pretty off base take.

To think Mostert was simply making plays because of scheme is silly.

There are plays he was making due to his speed and quicks...something hasn’t done in years.

Way to many football fans do not understand the importance of scheme. The Whiners running game gives their blockers a huge advantage. Defenders consistently react to their run plays a step slow or take a false step. This allows the Whiner blockers to be in better position to block their defender or defenders. They do have guys that are good blockers too! Their TE and Fullback are outstanding blockers. Their receivers block really well also.

Regarding Mosert. He is a good back, but he is nothing special.

This is all the more proof why 1) taking a running back Top 5 in the draft isn’t worth the draft capital; and 2) why paying a RB top dollar is never a good idea.

Anyone hear the name Timmy Smith? 204 yards rushing in the SB. Released after a forgettable next season by the Commanders, actually came to Dallas for a couple of games, never heard from again.

Zeke all the way.

Would be willing to bet Mostert is out of the league in 2 years, after teams get a bit of game film on him and on the 49ers blocking schemes...

So having the 2nd best run blocking O line in the league and carrying the ball more than 20 times a game is too much to ask from a guy who refused to show up to training camp and demanded to be paid as the beat RB in the league?

Lol...you gotta be kidding me!

3 of the final 4 teams have one thing in common.... they can run the ball.

Having zeke is such a luxury because I know I’ll never have to worry about the rb position. I know he’s durable... I know he’ll be there every game doing what he does best... grinding out yards for this team.

it isn’t zeke fault the coaching staff sucks. Zeke is on pace to be a hall of fame player for us. Idc what position you draft anytime you can get a hall of famer it was worth it.

I don't know about scheme, but 9ers are just plowing the Packers Dline. It's just hat on hat downhill running.
I don’t want to be rude, but you don’t know about scheme. The Whiners running scheme consistently puts their blockers in better position to make their blocks. They do have excellent blockers, but their scheme is outstanding. Hell they have an average back with a QB who only threw the ball 7-8 times the whole game. GB knew the Whiners were running and still couldn’t stop it.

Coaching and scheme matter a lot! The Whiners running game has both and good blockers.

Ezekiel Elliott: $90 mil

Compare that to the RBs of the teams in the Super Bowl:
Raheem Mostert: 8.7 mil
Tevin Coleman: 8.5 mil
Damien Williams: 5.1 mil

Clever, some of his supporters will never admit he ain’t all that. Hands on hips, giving up on plays, tapping his helmet to come out and it’s still Garretts fault....lol, ok.
Work on your understanding of sarcasm, sheldon.:)
