Cowboys playing the Giants opening weekend as we know is pretty common, given the fact that Garrett is now OC for NY what do you think the odds are that Cowboys open next season playing NY?
I'd say 100% chance

100% because the Garrett Hiring.
I am thinking that alone would make the game a big ratings game, both teams have new HC's also.
This is the one year it should be opener, so that means probably not lol.
Either way I dont care who dallas plays the first game.

I wonder what Mara tells Goodell to do first, schedule Dallas first week, or figure out the details of our player suspensions?

Pretty much 99.9%

Can't believe it'll be 2020 Week 2 before I don't see that smug daywalker's face on my TV.

Oh yeah since they are using our old coach it will make it a marketable game.

If SF loses in the Super Bowl I would put them as having the 2nd best chance for the opener behind NYG.

We opened against the 49ers at home in 2014. We lost but the two teams then went in opposite directions. The 49ers began to fade. We needed up having a pretty great year.

Knowing the NFL it's probably 95% at least. I'm fine with that Hopefully we play em again by week 5 so we don't have to see their sorry butts the rest if the year

This is what Judge said of Garrett. If the guy didn’t do basic homework on his OC hire, I have no concerns vs Giants for next few years.

“It’s a quarterback-driven league,” Judge said via Tom Rock of Newsday. “Someone who’s worked successfully with multiple quarterbacks and had developed them over time, who has vast knowledge himself as a player in this league in different systems under different coordinators and playing with other great players, that’s definitely something that’s going to add to this organization and this offense.”

Judge went so far as to acknowledge that Garrett could use his success in New York as a springboard to again being an NFL head coach - with an asterisk.

"I hope everybody on our staff has options to advance their careers at some point,” Judge said. “That means business is good. We want our coaches to be wanted by other people, that means we’re doing a good job here … But definitely there’s no one I’m bringing in my building who’s going to have agendas. Because if there’s division within the coaches it’s going to go straight to the locker room and you cannot win with a divided locker room.”
