being called the hotboysz or whatever, doesn't take away from them doing their jobs. it's not why they lose.

Hotboyz most likely IS a lifestyle in San Francisco but in Dallas not so much...........they can have it.

This is the #1 problem w this organization.

No one tells them they suck, nothing but praise from the chain of command.

They think they are great when they arent.

Entitlement. This franchise is diseased and its going to take some time to fix it..and that's if they start NOW.

This is why I dont want to give another large contract to anyone that's been here (no real choice w Dak).

I'd rather sign a guy like Clowney who is a bit of a malcontent, but only wants to win.

Too many Dallas players think losing is fine, and they are still great.

I cant actually BELIEVE someone like Smith is carrying on about some stupid undeserved name as opposed to being embarrassed that they couldnt take a division that was basically handed to them.
