what we gotta love about Tyron is the dude never says a damn thing...quiet as a mouse and does his job. I admire that these days. Cannot say that about Jaylon. LOTS of talkin and not much substance.
Jaylon is a few years removed from not even being able to walk. To get where he is now he had to fight harder than anyone. This smear campaign you guys have against him because of celebrating is trash.

Jaylon has caused his own downfall in terms of popularity.
He was the feel good story, worked back from career ending type injury, effort personified, played great , then got caught up in his own head and wanted to be more than a football player.
Now here is mostly detested by fans.

Not gonna use some skills challenge to determine how good or bad someone is.
Totally agree my friend...but, one bag? lol Even if it's an exhibition wouldn't you care about giving effort?

I would, why do anything in life in you don't care about putting effort into it? Maybe I'm from a different generation, but man, effort means everything to me.

Maybe that's why I give Heath a break on most things. I know he's not a starter but you cannot deny his effort is there, even if it involves running the wrong way. :)

Effort on the field? Yeah. Effort on some games? The first objective is not to get hurt doing something stupid. That’s the most important thing.

I heard all offseason on how David Carr is better than Dak because he beat him at a skills challenge. Or how Garrett use to beat him in accuracy challenges. I just can’t pick stock into it.

What a stupid comment.
Jaylon isn't forced to participate in these skills challenge events. He chose to which nullifies this nonsense about effort and not caring.

Man this thread is really moving the bar down on this forum.

This drill is 80% technique. Have none of you ever watch any of those types of activities before? There have been plenty of episodes of shows like the Rock hosts, american gladiator, ect where people do these drills.

I've seen normal sized women beating strong dudes at stuff like this due to technique.

What an embarrassing thread.

lol...I'm so sorry to have triggered you and I really apologize for making such a "stupid comment". I assume you know my background and what I have done and not done in my life.

You exist on this board just to attack people, yet another little keyboard warrior. Your being an "expert" on all things football gets a little sickening after awhile, usually when I see your name I just scroll past.

Now run along lil fella, I'm sure there are many more people that need your opinions. People like you just make me laugh, just pitiful miserable folks.

Fair enough, we can agree to disagree on this one.

Obviously when I do something, I don't have that kind of money on the line. But I just don't understand doing anything that you don't give full effort towards. Again, maybe a generational thing.

He can generate power. That’s why he gets blown away by linemen, he can’t stand his ground and push[/QUOTE]

Jaylon destroys linemen......you should watch your team more

Jaylon looks like a freaking Greek god and he seems like a good guy (you can be a self promoter and still be a decent guy lol) but I don’t know that he’s got that “switch”..,,,

I'd say he's probably only "detested" by some of the fans on message boards. People who just watch the games and don't feed off the opinions of others probably root for him like every other player.

Looool?

Jaylon gets absolutely wrecked by linemen, washed out of plays, one of the primary issues with him is he doesn’t disrupt running lanes by taking on linemen. Everson Walls even made note of this on the podcast.

I’ve posted gifs on here of Jaylon literally running backwards as he gets moved with no resistance (believe it was Vikes or Bears game).

Jaylon is the only physical LB we have and he destroys at the point of contact....since day one even when he was still wearing the brace. Watch your team more.

Not really interested in his Pro Bowl activities performance, but his play on the field certainly needs improvement.
