Yea but I knew before I saw the video because I watch every game at least twice. I could easily post it.....but google is free and I am amused by the direction of this conversation

Yep....it sure is amusing. Watching someone refuse to back up their claim. AND you are making assessments based on TV coverage. Amusing.

"Easily post it" eh? Well...it does show what kind of guy you are. Duly noted.

Why did they put Jaylon there lol. That was a set up for failure all the way. The other guy who was man handling the bags was steelers 300lb lineman Cameron Heyward. They should of had a dlineman do that drill lol not a linebacker. #coaching

Thats fine. But you really should watch your team. Were in the age of knowledge and even if you are not really watching your team you can always find information such as Jaylon at the point of attack and video break downs of said players.

Lol, the irony is you keep trotting out the claim and refuse to provide (or even reference) a single example.

Meanwhile, I’ve provided a couple examples. Now, does a single play define a player?

No.

But at least I’ve shown evidence supportive of my claim.

Your responses amount “Jaylon destroys o-linemen....trust me!!”

Lol, exactly.

“Ah man, I got like sooooo much evidence that I could post......but I won’t.”

Watch how heywood blasts through those bags and Jaylon is struggling with one. He doesn’t have any power.

Watch it and tell me I’m wrong.

Your logic is wrong.

Heyward is a DLineman.

Jaylon is a LB.

lol...I'm so sorry to have triggered you and I really apologize for making such a "stupid comment". I assume you know my background and what I have done and not done in my life.

You exist on this board just to attack people, yet another little keyboard warrior. Your being an "expert" on all things football gets a little sickening after awhile, usually when I see your name I just scroll past.

Now run along lil fella, I'm sure there are many more people that need your opinions. People like you just make me laugh, just pitiful miserable folks.
Ok Boomer...
Awww...look who is triggered now.

You come here to bash a cowboys player and call others negative.
Typical boomer tough guy talking about how tough people were in your time.

Thanks for helping to drive down the quality of the board. You should post more often.

Here’s Jaylon “Destroyer of O-Linemen” throwing Vikings out of his way to make the stop.

Here’s Jaylon giving maximum effort and denying the QB the score!

I keep watching these. I know it is 2 plays over the course of a long season but I felt Smith did this stuff a lot. These plays are so bad you wonder if the coaches had to say something. I think 54 should have been benched a few times. Healthy scratch. Anything to embarrass the guy because this stuff is unacceptable.

To be fair, Heyward is a 295 lb defensive lineman whose job it is to push against heavy offensive lineman all day long. Jaylon's job is to make contact and shed the block, not drive the blocker backwards.

That being said, he needs to be better next year. His problem is patience, he sees the flow and attacks, but when the play is a counter his attacking takes him out of the play. He needs to be patient, shed blocks, then attack.

Yo homie welcome back.

For sure.

I saw him doing similar things in 2018 but chalked it up to him learning to become a NFL-caliber linebacker and/or working himself through any lingering effects of the injuries (knee and foot).

However, this stuff only got worse in 2019. I’ve posted other gifs people have created that highlight the strange stuff he does on the field. It got to the point I can’t look at any other player on defense because I’m always watching the stuff he’s doing, lol.

At some point folks will have to stop being in love with the story of the person and treating him as a charity case, and rather judge him as they would any player.

I would be VERY embarrassed drawing ANY conclusions about ANYTHING from Saturday of the pro bowl.

Thank you for posting this, new member so I guess I can't post a thread yet.

Wth is going on? Should I be shrugging it off because he's not a Dline player or literally worried he couldn't move the first bag
Worried about the moving the bag. That takes lower body power a drive. But no biggie. I just thought it was interesting

They don't give a good angle, but I'm watching it in slow mo, and basically he just can't drive with the left leg. He swings his left leg forward, but he's tapping the ground with his left foot instead of driving.

He ain't right.
Boom! That’s what I saw. People wanna ignore this but it’s right in front of them in plain sight. Thank you sir

Looks like he underestimated how heavy the bag was. And after he started weak it was over.... the other guy looks like he has done it before..maybe he has in a previous pro bowl and kinda knew what to expect..idk
Idk either but it looked weak
