You're exactly right. Cooper was considered a bum in Oakland......Gallup was a 3rd round pick and everyone wanted us to take Ridey, Sutten, among others. Randall Cobb was finished. But now since they look good with Dak they are the best in the league.....that's crazy.

You think I try to desperately argue with anyone here? That's a new one. Sorry you feel that way. I guess I should just agree with everyone to agree so no one will get offended so I can prevent arguments from happening. Or maybe I should post like you want me to? Help me fix this problem that I have so I can make you guys feel more comfortable. What do you think I should do?

Believe me...if there's one thing I don't care about, it's what you post. It's a free country. Also, I don't think I'm the one to fix what's wrong with you...sorry!

I think you just try to desperately argue with anyone here, and you fail more often than not.

Most of the media outside of DFW never suggested the coaching was bad, though they acknowledged the end was probably near for Garrett. ESPN and the like always posed the question "how is a team as talented as they are struggling so much?" Yes, it was a matter of coaching, and it was a matter of players being overrated.
Here’s one the guys I had a thread about earlier who get their takes from national media. As if they know what the heck is going on with the Cowboys.

After I just said I don't pay attention to the media? That makes sense. I'm not sure if you read the posts, or you are just proud of being the resident fool.

And in 2007, he beat the Packers, Giants 2x, The only other loss that year to a winning team was the 16-0 Patriots. In 2009 (wan't a great team), he beat the Eagles 2x, and the undefeated Saints.
And than fail without winning a game in the playoffs that year when Dallas was the number 1 seed

....he beat winning teams in the regular season. Dak did it once against the Rams. A 9-7 team.

I mean, that was the argument here, was it not? Romo was 3-1 against winning teams in 2007, what was Dak's record this year with a top 5 O-line, a great RB, 3 good WRs and a good defense?
What record did Philly end with........ Dak went 5-1 in the division including beating the eagles. Funny you count the Rams as beating a team with a winning record but don't include philly when they had the same record.

A lot of QBs in this league would love to have what Prescott has on this offense. It's just silly for anyone to label someone an "MVP" with that much talent around him....and still not make the playoffs.
You have a point but if you read everything and not just some of it. Dak was in contention for MVP the first month or two of the season. Clearly, Lamar and others ran away from Dak after his lack luster performances the last 2 months of the season

Is this "unsung hero" thing something new the NFL is doing? I don't remember it ever being done before. Dak Prescott... well deserved!

Philly finished 5-1 in the division including beating the Cowboys and finished 9-7 in the league(a game better than the Cowboys)

Show me in your post I replied to where you said you don’t pay attention to the media.

If you didn't just spout off stupidity in the middle of someone's conversation, you would know it was in the beginning of the conversation.

Yet you mentioned nothing but what the media said and thought in the post I replied to totally contradicting yourself.

Again, if you weren't so quick to act like a fool, and had not interjected yourself into the conversation without reading said conversation, you would have known what I said at the start was exactly the opposite of what you claimed. Furthermore, no accompanying posts suggested I took the media to heart. But...there isn't a soul in here that would expect any less of you.

Dak was "MVP" for a whole 3 weeks, then reality came back to bite him.

Dude you did nothing but talk about the media and what they thought in the post I replied to. What the hell is wrong with you?
