Does this mean anything?
By the looks of the list......seems like maybe Romo wasted some of Garrett's years too.
I ask this because Dak gets the credit for this teams lack of wins against playoff teams this year. But Dak had the same head coach as Garrett......yet....its Dak's fault?
Come on bruh....why you got to bring up old stuff. :lmao2:

Great point! Double edge sword.

We forget that part of the reason Dak was able to hijack the locker room was because Tony hadn't been a winning QB in 2 seasons and injured.

The Dak haters are the like Corona virus...quanratine their weak points!!

That’s a myth. I’m levelheaded towards those who show me the same respect. But if you throw insults soon as someone disagrees with you? Then yeah I don’t have much time for it.

Well the last part kind of reminds me of labeling people who disagree as being haters.

It’s been disproven by one year out of 4?

2017 wasn't that great either. One game away from 8-8 there too. Cowboys following their tradition of having one good year, followed by a bad year, and repeat. The point is that I can agree that Dak is good, but this whole clutch thing I never bought into. He's just human like most quarterbacks, not the messiah that some people were making him out to be. Some people are just quick with the anointing oil.

I'll give it shot. What "headaches" are Dak costing this team? Because the headaches last season was coaching, defense and special teams. So which one was Dak apart of?
Yes I'm aware the other players on the team an issue. I heard it plenty when we lost 9-13 or 10-12 that somehow it was everyone but Dak...same as last years shutout against the Colts 0-23, everyone elses fault. I'm just picking the most obvious samples, but stats don't tell the story of the inconsistencies that carry on for 1/2 to 3/4 of a game, sometimes more.

That’s all it was. Some guys are trolling talking about my intent wasn’t to bring up the double standard when it came to both guys. Instead of addressing the topic at hand they are trying to derail it by throwing insults and name calling.

Think the thing is: A double standards thread brought up by someone who many feel has double standards.

No one has called him a messiah....people like him some don’t. If you appreciate a guy it doesn’t mean you think he’s a messiah.

Why are you people so upset with Dak, while praising Romo for almost mirrored performances? What’s really behind the angst?

Real surprised the OP even started this thread.
It's just so odd.
Team sport.

I mean if you want to use stats like this to make someone look bad then I guess you can. But if you watch football and you've ever watched Romo then you can tell he was a really good QB

Where do you guys keep getting this stupid sabotage theory from? Wade has been fired from every stop he's been at so was he sabotaged every stop?
Hahahahaha!!! Right? This bs is crazy. They will try to use any and every excuse known to man just to absolve Romo and berate Dak. It’s insane. But hey!!! There are no agendas. Lol

Does this mean anything?

Unfortunately for Tony..

and this is not intended to start a fire..

to really look at Romo and where he had his problems..

you have to remember 3 straight years of 8-8 and missing the playoffs.

During that period there was never anymore than one win in December and the last game was always a loss.

So wins against winning team is fine.

Wins of any kind in the season during the last month would completely change Romo's career.

As would his losses in playoff games against Seattle and the Vikes.

I always thought lack of defense was the issue for Romo and not being better regarded.

Dak has experienced similar stuff lately. Hope it does not take 10+ years to figure out if it's going to end like Romo.

Just saying. I am tired of not seeing us win.

He started this thread to show the blatant hypocrisy used when evaluating Dak and Tony. If it was a team sport in then it is a team sport now. Right?
Of course it applies to both.
Dumb thread either way. The OP is better than that
