I'm sorry but tired is tired. Leaving a tired guy in is not going to help the team. All he is going to do is create a situation, where the player is not signaling to the coaches that he's tired he's signaling his replacement.

Tell the adult millionaire to get in better shape and figure it out. D law coming out all the time pissed me off to no end. Bumanelli let him get away with it.

Thank you! The 4 in 4 out rotation Marinelli loved so much works in theory but in actuality needs 7-8 high caliber football players to pull off.

What kind of sense does it make to ignore down, distance, and timing of the game just to have 4 “fresh bodies” out there? If the backups are a considerable drop-off from the starters you can’t just go 4 in 4 out, you gotta at least stagger it.

Worked a few years back in Philly when they where 7/8 deep on the d-line, but if the depth ain’t there you can’t just rotate for the sake of it

You're right, tired is tired... but rotating guys for the sake of rotating, that is just dumb if they aren't on the same level. The Boys rotate the whole line sometimes. I doubt all 4 were so tired they asked to be pulled off the field. I have no problem with rotating a single guy out for a breather if he just has to come out. Having said that, it is rarely the case. Keep your best players on the field for as many plays as possible.

Lol I love it. My son cried all this season because he played every single snap offense, defense, special teams. Coach told him the same thing. Told him he better get in shape and figure out how to preserve energy between downs.
Monitor that closely. Because that's how players end up dying of heat strokes and having heart attacks on the field.

Any possibility that fans can actually pay attention?

Zeke was third in the NFL in % of snaps played - tied with Saquon and Le'Veon. That includes the first 3 and last game of the season where he never played more than 76% b/c they were blowouts. He works harder than just about every back in the league.

Oh, I paid plenty of attention last year. And yeah, he played a high % of snaps but also tapped out quite a few times as well in critical situations.

My son was the same way. When you are the star of the team that’s what you do. He was that way from the first minute he stepped on the field at every level.
