Has Amari Cooper played his last game under the Dallas Cowboys’ star?

I think the confusion started when no one even knew what RBF was to begin with.

Just by my count, I see half of the posters on the first page knew.
Maybe it's an East Coast thing. We need better botox surgeons on the East Coast... lol

Having to use an acronym does kinda take the fun out of it.

Troy Aikman did not like playing in poor weather either ... whats the point. Cooper has had back to back 1000 receiving yard season with the Cowboys.

Anyone remember how our offense was without Coop?
Add to that a no 1 pick we invested for Coop, consider him a shoe-in to be signed or tagged!

We will sign Dak and maybe tag Cooper. If he disappears again this year at times then he may not get a contract offer.

After trading away yet another first round pick for a WR we are pretty much forced to pay him a contract that he will have absolutely no hope of ever living up to. We are a franchise that loves to no win scenario. This will be a contract that we will be dying to get out from under 3 years from now.

Yet another? The last time was 11 years ago. And, frankly, if we do sign Cooper, it's far from a certainty that we will regret it, despite your effort to indicate that it is.

I think he's smart enough to realize that he will have to play an occasional game in bad weather. What he's saying is that he isn't signing with GB, Buffalo, NY, NE, or anywhere else that has the chance to play 6-8 games a year in cold weather.
or that his non playing time is spent in cold weather during the season

Nor should he. He wants to stay, they want him to stay, most of us want him to stay. He definitely should be staying!
I don't understand why his contract situation has been dragging out so long. This one should be easy to do.

I fully expect to see him in Dallas for a while. Cowboys have indicated the 2 primary FA they need to get under contract is Dak and Cooper. I have no doubts they will get them under contract

Deadlines force deals. There was no need to do anything last season. Now the urgency increases to get a deal done.

And the urgency is amplified by some fans who are ulta-impatient.

Yeah, but you used the suggestion that they would have lost the division 3 times in a row as evidence they got Cooper to “save Dak” even though the division hadn’t yet been decided in 2 of those 3 years, therefore it isn’t evidence at all of why the Cowboys got Cooper.
No, you either misread or interpreted wrong. My intent was assuming that 2018 would have ended in similar fashion as it begun without Cooper and 2019 results. Obviously we didn’t know the results at time of trade and why hindsight plays into my hypothetical situation.

Yes, the pressure and drama make for some continued discussions in social media.

Could this be the distraction that serves as distraction or derails Fat Mikeys inaugural season?

Maybe this is Idiot Sons new expertise? Lol
