Lol - nice point. It’s what head coaches do - they hire guys they have worked with and feel good about. It’s would be naive to think McCarthy wouldn’t hire some coaches he worked with in GB

If we have another good offensive year Kellen Moore will be getting offers elsewhere. If you look at Belichick and Reid they do a lot of this too and if their coaches go elsewhere they have one to replace right within and it keeps the systematic continuity. I have no qualms about what's going on. Coaching is where we are not capped and there will be no excuses that there is not enough coaching, development and preparation from now on.
