Mahomes is a lot like young romo, most here think of old romo, but if you go back and look at 2006-7 games, Tony was very similar to mahomes.
It all went to tonys head, and mahomes is more focused on winning a SB instead of being a celebrity and dating hot girls , playing golf etc.

Dude, you're still at it? Goodness. Romo threw lost of INT's? No, he didn't. His TD/INT ratio was pretty good. It was better than Aikman's. There was a time frame (2006-2015) where he ranked in 4th in that ratio in the 4th quarter. That's pretty clutch. When you die, it's going to be just like Citizen Kane

America's Cowboy on his death bed: RRRRROOOOOOMMMMMMOOOOOO!!!!!!
If you love stats, which I do not, Romo has the highest fourth-quarter QB rating in NFL history.

Mahomes also has qualities of Peyton, Brady, Marino, etc. He has all the tools to be the GOAT

The point here is "almost" doesn't count in the NFL. Winning one game does not constitute a run, and even if it did, doing it only once over the course of a career is not impressive.
That wasn’t the argument I was addressing. Your moving the goal post now.

I suppose it’s a matter of opinion. I’d describe 2014 as a run.
Right, you make up your definitions.
Didn't you just get done telling me you wouldn't consider winning a wildcard game a run?

No, I said I wouldn’t consider losing a Wild Card game a Run. “Losing “ key word.
Here’s the post.

I wouldn’t describe losing WC game as a run in the playoffs.

Once Mahomes starts counting $40M-$50M against the cap, it will be tougher to put playmakers around him. So I'm not sure KC can dominate for a decade.

So far, only Belichek has been able to sustain dominance over a long period during the cap era. But he's a unicorn. Plus Brady took less money to help field competitive teams.

Once KC starts losing playmakers because of the cap, it will be interesting to see what happens. Mahomes is great though. I love watching him play.

True, but as of now they have a great TE and Id imagine they hold on to Hill. However, they just seem to draft speed and make it work. They dont have a legit RB and it doesn't matter. Frankly Im not all that convinced in how loaded they are currently. The main thing is speed and Mahomes. Defense and running game can suck. They can go without their top wrs and plug in fast rookies and not skip a beat.

Not sure how purist football fans can hate greatness despite whether you root against their teams?

Some of my favorite QB’s to watch in NFL history were on teams I rooted against.

I don't enjoy watching any one team become dominant. Other than the Dallas Cowboys.

So, you are saying Dak's stats were in the negative? I don't think I've ever seen a QB that finished with negative yardage and TD totals. I guess I missed that Dak was the first.

The idea of negative talent is just words, not a reality. You can't make it to the NFL with no talent, much less negative talent, and realistically a person cannot have less talent than no talent.

It wasn't a singular measurement. It was a comparative measurement.

In case it hasn't been brought to your attention....this is how it works. Let's say Mahomes is 0..as in zero. That is the starting point. If Dak were not as good as Mahomes....he would have a negative rating.

You with me so far?

Okay fine...let's say Mahomes is a "10". Some might say in more ways than one. :) ) And someone feels Mahomes is more than 10 times the QB Dak is...well..Dak sits at less than zero.

I am not saying I concur. Just trying to give you some basic metrology about it.

Except no one laughed at it....so if a joke is told and no one laughs at it then maybe it wasn’t a joke after all? But I’m glad you got a tickle out of it. That’s all that matters.

I concur. He thought he was being very clever...with his "must a flunked math". Except math does indeed account for negative.

That's why I think Omar's funny isn't his strong suite. Something does have to have reference for it to be funny. He referenced something he doesn't understand and completely wrong. Not very funny at all...just way wrong.

If it were me I'd be like..."whoa dayum....yep...I whiffed on that one! HAHAHA". Instead Omar is sticking to his guns....crash and burn.

I don't go to parties. :muttley:

Like I just said....If it were me and a joke that falls flat.."I'd be like...yep...what a dud! Yuck yuck yuck.". There's fun in that.

"Less than zero"
"you musta flunked math"
"math has less than zero".

Yep.....HILARIOUS!
