Unless he has learned the complete WR tree, and is back to being in tip top shape, as is signed to a team friendly deal (which would allow no cap hit if cut for being a nucklehead) then any talk of Dez returning to the NFL is nothing but a waste of breath. There is a reason he is still unsigned. Dez wanting to comeback doesn't matter. Talk is cheap. Play on the field matters. Truth is there will be day 3 draft picks in a couple of months that are better than Dez is now.

Maybe if he comes back and plays for free as repayment for the last couple of years he was on the roster? All kidding aside, it took Byrant several years to learn just a couple of routes. No way he can learn an entire new scheme in one year to justify bring him back. At this point hes a progress stopper for a younger WR.

Tapping the side of my helmet on the return Dez Bryant. The next time he's cheered at AT&T will be when he's inducted into the Ring of Honor.

Josh gordon was brought back. It failed.
Antonio brown was brought back. Failed.
Dez's career was derailed by injuries. He was also a distraction in the locker room. No way Stephen brings him back.

I have no issue with this. Bring him back and let him compete. His injury should be fully healed. If he earns a roster spot then it doesn't hurt us at all. He brings something that no other receiver offers. Also as far as learning routes......its not what many of you pretend it is you act like it is hard or something.

Hell yeah bring Dez back, one of the biggest issue was too many drops. Having Dez will solve this issue and help Dak move chains on critical down.
He is faster than Witten and don't need him back at all.

Lets see what we look like after the draft and free agency. He will still be out there most likely and most likely the price will continue to drop.

I would work him out if he's not signed by training camp. If it looks like he can help, put him on speed dial in case of regular-season injury.
