Following you around? The heck are you talking about? Where is the proof of anger? I know y’all learned these junk tactics from watching too much tv but you can’t claim something and have no proof to back it up. Posted words don’t convey anger they are just words typed down. Make sense when you post.
I obviously ruffled your feathers in another post yesterday and now you follow me here.

So here goes...

I'm sorry that I pushed you to this point. I promise to no longer respond with any further posts you make.

I'm sure you are a nice person that loves his parents and I dont want to be any part of someone that makes your feelings anything other than the happiness you get from green M&Ms and all red Starbursts.

Ok sorry I couldnt help myself...no for real im sure your a good guy and I wont push your buttons anymore.

At what point will Cowboy fans want more?

I think the fans want more but the thing is with JJ the bottom line is more important.

Once the field performance affects the Forbes ranking, JJ will do something about it.

I meant QB. Like the reference I used with Chiefs.

Dak was also not as good as his 13-3 record in 2016.

Wins/Losses is not a quarterback stat.

I agree, but which players on the Cowboys team were better in 2019 than they were in 2016 or 2018? Some might say Connor Williams was better. Some might say La'el Collins was better. Gallup improved. Jarwin a little. Did I miss anyone? Quinn was an improvement as a trade. Cobb and Beasley might be a wash. I think Dak was better as a passer than at any time in his career but was inconsistent.

Now list the players who were worse. Start with all the LBs, Demarcus Lawrence, Zeke, Amari Cooper, Tyron Smith, Xavier Woods, Chidobe Awuzie, etc. Et cetera fits because the entire special teams was worse than 2018, including the kicker and punter. The entire team regressed. The led the league in dropped passes, were among worst in the league in Interceptions and takeaways, and they had to be near the top in missed tackles. I have no idea why so many players fell off a cliff last season.

But given all the other problems Dallas exhibited during 2019, doesn't that make Dak's numbers even more impressive? Like I said, he still has some room for improvement and he admits that. Not only does he admit it he openly discusses where those improvement need to be and he is willing and trying to correct them. All I see are positives with Dak. I have hoping McCarthy's positive attitude willpush Dak to be more of a leader on the field - which is hard to do when you are still working out kinks in your own game.

I'm not sure I get your exact point, or why it matters what other players did last year, to be honest lol.

But I think Dak was a top-5 QB last year. So. Yea it was an impressive year.

I don’t know who you are but I understand when you’re a nobody irl you want to become more online. I just read post not the names who post them so your claim makes no sense. The only buttons you need to worry about pushing are the ones that improved your life offline because anybody who needs to feel more important than they know they are has serious issues.

So none of the losses were Dak's fault? Or by your count, he's responsible for only one? Last time I checked, on the win and in game against the Eagles, the defense forced seven straight 3 and outs and Dak did nothing with the opportunities. So is that the one loss he's responsible for or is it something else?

OUCH!!!!!

I would love for him to go out there and get his market value.. Let's see what the market is willing to pay him.
On this we agree, he is worth what the market says he is. The question is, what is he worth to the Cowboys. Lets look at this in simple terms. Any QB that has potential to stay healthy and be great like Dak does will not come cheap. It's incredibly hard to judge Dak because of the dysfunctional coaching he has been subjected to. I think this year will tell us quite a bit about Dak, but truth be told we already know the guys is an incredible person and leader. he can make all the throws and can is tough as nails. Qb's aren't completely who they're gonna be after year 4, Dak deserves more respect than what he gets on here sometimes.

:hammer:yup and he had shots to do the same in NE, against BUFF and in CHI, he simply did not get it done.. we only needed one more win to get ahead of philly even before the game came to that..I was a Dak fan but the end to 2019 woke me up..he just never stepped up, for sure it wasn't all on him but he had so many chances..

Yep.. More times then not when you need Dak to step up he just continues to run the offense and wait until the last minute to finally try and make a play for the team.
That statement alone should tell you he's a patient quarterback waiting for someone to get open.

When he feels the pocket caving, there's numerous of times Dak ran it to move the chains. That said, our young quarterback has stepped it up more than most.

Yep..

If you're telling me we will have elite everything around Dak + quality coaching then I don't mind Dak as my QB.

Everything points to that not being possible though after paying a QB big money.

Even the Chiefs with Patrick Mahomes are going to struggle after he gets paid and that may be the end of them and he is a 1 man army.

Who had this one on their Dak slobberer bingo card to somehow magically try to inject a QB who hasn’t taken a meaningful snap in five years into this? The anger and frustration of Dak slobberers is very real.

Yes, I see your point. My questions do put a strain on your narrative. So change the subject and you're back on top. If people don't look too closely.

he has a great supporting cast. If he could play well enough consistently we wouldn’t be in such close games against some terrible teams.

Last year Dak was 8 and 8 as the starter. Special teams and kicker cost us a game or two. Coaching cost us a game or two.

Zeke’s fumble/nonfumble cost us a game. Amari’s deflected pass cost us a game. The two phantom tripping calls on Tyron cost us a game.

Dak is an 11/12 win QB a year with a decent supporting cast. That’s top shelf year in and year out and he has upside.

I'm in Dak's corner for the most part.

But the main issue I have with this year's 8-8 season is that we took an 11-5 or 12-4 roster and made it 8-8.
Our previous 8-8 teams were the opposite. We had 4-12 or 5-11 rosters but we managed to finish 8-8.
That's what bummed me out.
The coaching change was deserved. The team underachieved.

Well the thing is none of you seem to care about is what MM thinks of Dak.
That is what I am curious about, what does mike really think of dak?? What does he think he should get?
Mike signed on to come here knowing Dak was the qb, so to me that says he thinks dak can win with his help.

Look at Commanders, rivera has to work with haskins, who oddly is similar to cam. But I didnt see anything special about haskins.
Jones in NYG, did look good to me, can he get better with fumbles, and will he and JG work well together? But I dont see jones
as better than dak yet, or carrying a team like some of you say dak should.

I think of the 3 and lets include wentz so 4, I think dak may do the best in 2020 if he gets a contract signed, if not, then I dont know.
finding another qb who is significantly better than Dak is hard to do, and I just dont think jones boys can do that.
