Well it was near the bottom of the league last year so if we can get it to average this year that’s a win.
For us? How awful we were in the 3rd round.
Otherwise the 49ers taking Lance and Fields dropping.
Great post...I'm excited to see how the LBr / DL competition plays out.
I don't think Osi / Golston will be studs, but hoping they will at least...
This...we don't have the personnel to run the 3/4.
With how good their defense is they should’ve moved up for QB...dumb dumb dumb.
Add in the fact that Philly passed on Fields I like our chances...
Sure, agree 100% but I’m not going to knock the good players.
I could see Parsons at SAM early and pass rushing like crazy until he gets up NFL speed. Obviously long term we want him at Will/Mike.
Ah, I do keep forgetting about the new guys from FA that could fit the bill.
I agree though, still doesn’t max out the talent of our best players...
Ok...and that’s your opinion which is fine. I just shared statistical info backing up why he is paid the way he is so agree to disagree.
Ive heard off the field issues...that one was pretty surprising.
Lawrence is coming off a season when he was one of the few DEs in the NFL that was top 10 in pass rush productivity and run D.
What in the world...
Sure, but you still need the right personnel and you need to build around the most talented players...which is now DLaw and Parsons.
At least a round early on all of em IMO.
I’ll be pulling for all of them to prove me wrong but the 3rd round was a disappointment for me.
Gallimore is linear?
His strength as a prospect was quickness and agility. Weakness was strength and ability to anchor. He was your typical, 3T...
The 3rd round
I’m really anxious to see how they move these guys around...especially considering how Neal will be involved.
I like Parsons at the WILl long...
I think you’re assuming all these guys can transition to the 3/4 that easy and they can’t.
3/4 DEs are massive...like 6’4-6’6 300 LBs. We don’t...
He was good for about 3 years...because he was undersized playing DT. Then they moved on and shipped him off the Bears.
Quinn said it will look like a 3/4...I'll be shocked if we run more 3/4 than we do 4/3. We don't have the personnel to do it.
Parsons isn't a 3/4...
I don’t know when it makes financial sense to cut him but I see it happening on that date.
