For an offensive line that is struggling and a Qb in need of confidence we need to see more 3 step drops. 1-2-3 ball out. Get the ball in your playmakers hands asap. Since when did we become a chunk play offense? It’s not working! Go back to basics slants, digs, hitches, flats. Sometimes the pass opens up the run. Teams aren’t respecting our pass offense right now because we’re going for low percentage plays. A lot of throws are 10-20 yards down field and if you watch the plays where Dak is getting pressure the WRs aren’t even breaking off their route to look for the ball yet because they’re ALL running 20 yards downfield. It’s just mind boggling what this coaching staff is doing. Inexcusable by this coaching staff. Simplify the gameplan and makes things easier for Dak quick drops ball out!!!

When Dak completed it deep to Dez on the very first play, I thought that would open things up and I was hoping we would run it down their throats. When Morris went for 70 yards, I felt like the offense was clicking enough to hold on for a win. Boy was I wrong. Quicker passes would be nice, but nothing has consistently worked so far. We have to figure it out...fast.

Been a pet peeve of mine for years. 3rd and 4, why not a quick slant or two? No, we'll send everyone out on a 15+ yard route and hope for the best. No one has done less with more talent than Linehan his entire career.

And on 3rd and 8, count on the 7 yard stop with someone stationary catching the pass.
