And I'm sure they aren't just referring to their "Outside". Even more ugly then their exterior, is the people that they are on the inside. Just really truly horrible people.

lol. funny survey but worthless. I met some dimes from Philly so I take this with a grain of salt. Same with Washington and DFW.

I've lived in both Philly and DC/Metro area and Philly is much uglier than DC... it isn't even close.
