Just for fun since the Boys are not playing today.

1 - Johnny Unitas
2 - Joe Montana
3 - John Elway
4 - Otto Graham
5 - Roger Staubach
6 - Dan Marino
7 - Tom Brady(with a chance to get into the top 5 after he retires)
8 - Brett Favre
9 - Peyton Manning(with a chance to move up a couple spots after he retires)
10 - Steve Young

I'm a huge quarterback fan, and love that position, so i put some thought into the list.

Who are your 10?

I cant comment on guys I didnt see play like Graham and Unitas, but I'd definitely have Aikman somewhere on my top-10 of QB's I've seen....

I doubt Tom Brady would have been on that list before this season began. You're right about the top six in whatever order but the legacies of Brady, Favre, Manning, and perhaps even Romo are impossible to predict at this point in their careers IMO.

Yeah unfortunately i have not seem Unitas, Graham, or Staubach live. So i did a huge amount of research on them, and i found some game clips of them, so i could watch them and get a feel on how they play.

I put Tom Brady on the list because of what he has accomplished with the offensive talent level around him. David Givens, Troy Brown, and Deion Branch? They have been hurt throughout their time with New England also.

Montana
Unitas
Favre
Marino
Elway
Aikman
Manning
Staubach
Tom Brady
Steve Young
Tom Brady minus his TDs to Moss put him back at his regular average of 28 TDs so hes not that high up there. Montana coulds not be comparded in the playoffs to anyone. Marino would be number 2 if he could have won a SB and wasnt so damn greedy when it came to the pass. If Favre can get a repeat next year of this season, assuming hes copming back I would put him at number 2.

Brady is better than both Staubach and Aikman ...Aikman was a system guy who couldn't improvise....he couldn't scramble or throw a wet football...he was a robotic passer that stood behind a mammoth OL.... his numbers were average at best.

Staubach was just the opposite ...very similiar to what we see from Romo but more fearless and tough....Staubach probably comes in at about 12th...
Marino,Elway,Manning,Brady etc far more prolific passers ...

Sorry no way does Favre rate that high. Too many picks for too many years.

Montana
Staubach
Unitas
Graham

To me those 4 are clear of the pack. Elway is closest to joining them.
After those 5 I really don't care.

Favre has 400 TD's and has never missed a game...stop.

Aikman is good not top ten, but for his clutch playoffs games u could consider him #10

1.Montana
2.Graham
3.Unitas
4.Staubach
5.Elway
6.Marino
7.Farve
8.Manning
9.Young
10.Aikman

Brady can crack top 10 but as of now he's not but with this season he's having can put him top 7 and if he has another like this one next year he could jump top 5....

I don't see how anyone can have Manning over Brady. How many times does he have to beat this guy?

I have Staubach in bottom of top 10.
Brady needs to be top 3-4

Tark, Bradshaw, Aikman over Steve Young

That doesn't make sense. You'd have to erase everyone's lead recievers for that. So all of Harrison's TDs wouldn't count. Your logic doesn't make any sense. If Moss really was responsible for a QB's success he would have had more than 3TDs with the Raiders last year. While Brady made it all the way to the AFC Championship with his lead reciever Caldwell, who is now a backup on the Commanders.
