After 12 games, Zeke has 1,285 yards rushing. Dickerson's rookie rushing record of 1,808 is in sight.

524 more yards over 4 games.

Doable. But needs to average 131 per game to hit 1,809.

Here's hoping that Zeke lights up the Giants for 200!

He won't get it and that's ok with me.

He gets 80 yards Sunday. Finishes the year around 1600 yards.

At the point the Cowboys clinch HFA, I think you'll see his touches drop some. I'm pretty sure that record is not even on JG's radar right now. Now if it were to come down to the last game and he's within reasonable striking distance, JG may let him go for it. That said, I give him very little chance to break that record.

I must've missed the last time he hit the century mark..

With teams keying on him, he'll be lucky to avg 90 yards per game. He may have more receiving yards over that stretch.

Zeke gets replaced almost the entire 2nd quarter every game and still averages over 100 yards a game. I believe Zeke will be mad about week 1 and look to make an example out of the Giants. All he needs is a huge game and be right back on track for the record

Don't see him reaching it unless he has one big game, like 200+ in the next two games. He wont get many carries the last game of the season. Jason Garrett pays attention to individual records, so if Zeke is reasonable close in the last game, like 65 yards away or something like that, I bet Garrett lets him go for it.

Yes, I had not gotten around to posting the numbers yet. I'd say he's got to have one big game, possibly more. Even if he gets 200 in one, he'd still have to average 108 in the other three.

What kinda blows is that Zeke has had over 100 yards called back on silly penalties that didn't effect his runs. So he should be around 1400 yards right now. In fact, I don't remember a RB with more large break offs being called back in one season.

Zeke needs a 200 yard game. Dickerson and Peterson had those. Zeke has been more consistent week to week than those RBs were their rookie seasons.

If Zeke can get a 200 yard game, then that average for the other 3 games comes down to around 108. Which is very doable.

I'd put Zeke's odds at around 5%-10% at this point, because I could see him getting less carries in week 17.

He's not going to get it because if they wind up wrapping up the homefield and the by in the next couple of weeks they're probably going to limit his carries over the final two weeks of the season. He'll play but he won't carry the ball as often.

He's going to come up short I'd imagine.

Yes. He has to have two light them up games as the last game, if we have home field in the playoffs, will be play one half only.

Yep. The MOMENT we have HFA clinched Zeke's # of carries will drop. It ain't about records. It's about winning.

He has his whole career to break records. I just want him fresh for the playoffs. I wouldn't care if we sat him the last game or two. Heck, I wouldn't care if we sat Dak and ruined his MVP chances. I'd rather win the Super Bowl than the meaningless popularity award show.

EE will never be this young again, im sure he can handle both. I doubt fresh legs will be a problem this year. If he can run for it, and Dallas should run all over the GIants, and the rest of the teams, let him gun for it.

With a playoff spot clinched doubt Zeke will break Dickerson's rookie record. I expect his load to be lightened some in the coming weeks and don't expect him to get many if any carries in the season finale unless home field is on the line.

I think Dickersons record is safe.

He had too many 100 yard days when he needed 140 yard days.

His only shot now is if he has a monster game ASAP. I'm talking 200 yarder.
