Coincidence? Ironic? Coaching matters?

While most teams are trying to find the next McVay, the Cowboys are trying to find the next Garrett.

McVay doesn't belong in the same sentence as Belichick. Sure, McVay has introduced a lot of new wrinkles, took snippets from other teams, made good game time decisions, but he wouldn't be killing it as a coach if he was with say...the Jets, Bills, Dolphins, Commanders, Lions etc. He's had one of the best rosters since he entered last year, is in a hobbled division and is catching everyone off guard. Is he a Top-5 coach? This year, sure.

Bellichick is above anyone.

McVAy inherented some quality players. However, he went out in one offseason and brought in some other great talent. The Oline was one of the worst in the NFL and he fixed it in ONE year. He also went out the 2nd offseason and got even more studs.
